​​My passions include lifelong learning, reading, travelling, cooking, baking and spending quality time with my family and friend and equipping my clients with the skills and tools to thrive in their professional and personal lives.​I am also passionate about community work  and women empowerment and making a difference in our Africa.

 

 I believe we are the leaders we have been waiting for. To that end I work as  a Business Thinking Partner/Coach to a School Principal through the phenomenal work of an organisation called Partners for Possibility.​​ 

 

My strengths are excellent observational and analytical skills, facilitation and coaching skills, with a  diverse working background and experience  (Motor Manufacturing, FMCG, Financial & Management Consulting).  I have worked in South Africa, Bahrain, Mauritius, Congo, Ivory Coast, Senegal,Ghana, Uganda and Kenya.

 

With this diverse working background and experience of various cultures, I am able to develop valuable insights and design bespoke offerings to support individuals, teams and organisations in their coaching and development journeys. I work with C-suite executives in helping their teams and organisations excel. I am an Ontological Coach, Organisational Psychologist and Facilitator with over 20 years experience in various People Disciplines, with my passions being Leadership, Team and Personal Development, Organisational Development and Coaching.​ I'm currently based in the Middle East in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and we operate in both South Africa and Bahrain.
